Production / Supply Chain Integrator

• →Oversee lifecycle of missile production, from component sourcing and manufacturing to final assembly and testing
• →Integrate and manage schedules, budgets, and resources across missile components and sections
• →Monitor and track production progress against established schedules
• →Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to address production challenges, improve efficiency, and affordability
• →Participate in supplier audits and qualification processes
• →Maintain inventory and accountability
• →Manage contract requirements
• →Analyze and forecast the demand of parts, equipment, tools and production capability

🧠What You Bring to the Table

• →A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience in an office setting
• →Active SECRET Security clearance
• →Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• →Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively
• →A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
• →Up to 20% travel may be required.

• →A degree in Engineering
• →Experience with the SM3 Missile and/or Missile production
• →Experience working with the Missile Defense Agency or U.S. Navy
• →Experience in technical writing and documentation development
• →Experience in scheduling, Microsoft Project, One Pager, and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development
• →Confidence in developing and delivering presentations
