- →Master the calendar: Manage complex schedules, arrange travel, and handle itineraries and logistics for senior leadership.
- →Craft executive communications: Prepare, edit, and refine correspondence, reports, and presentations for top-level decision-makers.
- →Ensure presentation excellence: Review PowerPoint decks for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with SSP branding standards.
- →Plan and execute events: Organize conferences, meetings, and special events, ensuring seamless and timely delivery.
- →Provide essential support: Answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as assigned.
- →Collaborate with multiple governments sponsors and JRC team members to satisfy daily commitments to Navy leadership
🧠What You Bring to the Table
- →A bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- →3+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- →Must hold an active DoD SECRET clearance or higher or have held an active clearance within the past two years.
- →Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- →Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project), Adobe Acrobat, Fox It, and Visio.
- →Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- →Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

- →Experience working within DoD/DOW, DTS (travel system)
- →Knowledge of strategic systems programs and related technical terminology
