Responsibilities

→10+ years of demonstrated experience providing engineering support in DoD environment including demonstrated experience with Systems Engineering
→Active Secret DoD or DoE security clearance
→Must be energetic, thoughtful, product-oriented, dependable, flexible, open-minded individual with an eagerness to learn with demonstrated strong work ethic
→Demonstrated ability to multi-task, provide high quality services and products, while meeting strict deadlines and time constraints
→Demonstrated forward thinking and proactive problem-solving skills

🧠What You Bring to the Table

→Bachelor's degree in STEM
→Active DoD TOP SECRET security clearance
→Experience leading SE working groups and independently managing stakeholders
→Experience with Submarine force operations, the DoD Acquisition process or experience working in a program office environment with documentation, protocols, formats and deadlines

This position requires regular interaction with senior DoW, FFRDC, and industry leadership. Travel (~ 50%) to test ranges, contractor facilities, weapons facilities, and government labs is required to support technical and programmatic reviews, integration events, and milestone readiness assessments.
