Configuration Manager

• →Develop and implement configuration management plans in support of the Project Manager for System Level Test
• →Ensure all documents and project files are controlled throughout project lifecycle
• →Implement and maintain version control system for development and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• →Guide the project team through the system engineering design and realization processes by creating and distributing reports on configuration status
• →Collaborate with multiple Navy industry partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
• →Provide training, technical expertise and guidance on configuration management policies, procedures, and use of management tools
• →Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders both verbally and in writing

🧠What You Bring

• →A bachelor’s degree in related discipline (Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field)
• →5+ years of experience in requirements development and programmatic documentation development, with a strong focus on configuration management
• →Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to analyze and resolve issues related to configuration discrepancies
• →Experience with process improvement and implementation strategies
• →An active DoD security clearance at the SECRET level or above (or have held an active DoD clearance within the last 2 years)
• →Track record of working with teams in a highly collaborative environment
• →A willingness to work in a team environment and the ability to work independently while prioritizing and supporting multiple tasks
• →Excellent computer/technology skills
