Project Clerk (Coordinator)

Puerto Rico | Full-Time About the Role The Project Clerk is the operational backbone of our construction projects. You'll work directly alongside the Project Engineer to keep logistics, documentation, and communication running without interruption — from the first pour to project closeout. What You'll Do Coordinate daily field logistics: concrete plants, pump scheduling, material deliveries Prepare meeting minutes, project logs, and Excel tracking reports Serve as liaison between the Project Engineer, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers Schedule material tests, inspections, and lab services Track open items, follow up on pending tasks, and escalate blockers Support the field team with day-to-day operational needs What We're Looking For 1+ year in a construction, administrative, or coordination role Strong Excel and Outlook skills (Office 365) Valid driver's license and personal vehicle; willing to travel across Puerto Rico Available Monday–Saturday; core hours 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced field environment Bonus Points Background as draftsperson (delineante) or construction admin assistant Experience with healthcare or medical facility construction Familiarity with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) JSR Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
