At Jushi Holdings Inc. ”) (CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSHF), we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest growing jobs sector in the U.S. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member to join our operations team in a dual-role capacity, supporting both cultivation and processing functions. In this position, you will work across the full production lifecycle from plant care through post-harvest processing, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in strict compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. 
  • Support the full production cycle, including plant maintenance, harvest, drying, trimming, packaging, and equipment operation.
  • Perform daily cultivation tasks such as big leafing, bottom stripping, cleaning and disinfecting grow rooms, preparing rooms for refill, and disposing of used growing media.
  • Execute weekly cultivation activities, including spot cleaning, flipping flower blocks, consolidating vegetative trays, planting coco cubes, watering, and light maintenance.
  • Assist with monthly cultivation operations such as harvesting, applying predatory insects, hanging sticky cards for IPM monitoring, taking clones, rotating mother plants, and supporting monthly inventory counts.
  • Contribute to processing operations, including mechanical and hand bucking, trimming, packaging by weight, and drying and curing biomass.
  • Operate, clean, and perform light to medium preventative maintenance on processing equipment.
  • Maintain accurate seed-to-sale tracking through consistent data entry and record-keeping, ensuring full traceability of all products.
  • Partner with the management team to ensure all departmental duties are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Adhere to production timelines to maintain adequate supply and meet operational goals.
  • Provide feedback to help improve process quality, workflow efficiency, and team coordination.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager to support the smooth functioning of the facility.
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GACP/GMP guidelines, safety protocols, and sanitation practices.
  • Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and actively participate in safety meetings.
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, local laws, and company policies, including verbal directives and security procedures.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in the medical cannabis industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance systems required.
  • Self-motivated and accountable, with a proactive approach to work and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with active listening skills and the ability to interact professionally with team members, management, and external parties such as inspectors.
  • Basic math proficiency and solid computer skills, including experience with word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and email.
  • Ability to work independently throughout the day while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Understanding of applicable regulations, particularly those governing cannabis, and ability to follow organizational rules and SOPs.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, with frequent twisting, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crawling.
  • Good manual dexterity for handling equipment, plants, and office tools.
  • Capable of lifting and exerting force up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Hearing and vision within normal ranges to support clear communication and accurate documentation.
