Cultivation Technician

Flow Distribution is seeking a Cultivation Technician to support daily plant care and cultivation operations from clone to harvest. This is a hands-on, active role working directly with plants in a team-driven environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in attention to detail, and is interested in gaining experience in large-scale cannabis cultivation. Technicians play a key role in maintaining plant health, supporting harvests, and keeping cultivation areas clean and organized.

• →Assist with daily plant care including pruning, transplanting, watering, trellising, and defoliation
• →Support harvest activities alongside post-harvest team
• →Move plants and materials throughout the facility
• →Maintain clean, organized cultivation rooms and equipment
• →Follow SOPs to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance

• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the shift 
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to follow direction and work efficiently
• Must be 21+ with valid Arizona ID

• Active, physical role (standing, bending, lifting throughout shift)
• Indoor grow environment with varying temperatures and humidity
• Exposure to plant materials, soil, and standard cultivation inputs
