We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Social) to join our Performance Marketing Team. You’ll be JustWatch’s in-house paid social expert and the driving force behind paid user acquisition for The Streaming Guide: our consumer app and website used by millions of people internationally to discover where to stream what they want to watch.
You’ll own paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok in multiple markets, driving app installs, purchases, and long-term retention. Hands-on from day one: building campaigns, configuring tracking, running experiments, and iterating on creative with our Design team.
Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok across multiple international markets, focusing on user acquisition for The Streaming Guide app and website.
Drive installs, purchases, and long-term retention by continuously refining audiences, bid strategies, placements, and creative rotations.
Own a test-and-learn agenda: design experiments, run lift studies and incrementality tests, and apply learnings across campaigns and regions.
Collaborate with the Design team on creative iteration and with technical teams on tracking and attribution (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, CAPI, and MMPs such as AppsFlyer).
Monitor key acquisition and retention metrics (CPI, cost-per-purchase, day-7 and day-28 retention, LTV) and act when performance deviates from targets.
3+ years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns across multiple markets, with strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads. You build and optimise campaigns yourself, not just oversee accounts.
Experience marketing a consumer app at scale, ideally with in-app purchase or subscription elements. Comparable e-commerce or subscription marketing experience is also welcome, provided you understand the full funnel from click through to downstream events.
Familiarity with tracking and attribution infrastructure (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, CAPI, and MMPs such as AppsFlyer or Adjust), with the ability to diagnose issues and brief technical teams.
Understanding of incrementality and measurement, including A/B tests and lift studies, and comfort working with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets to extract insights.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, curious mindset.
