Remote Head Hunter

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Head Hunter to join our team. This is a remote full-time position, ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, candidate experience, and delivering professional support. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Head Hunting Receive hiring requests from department managers and clarify job requirements. Create and publish job vacancies on ATS, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Conduct advanced candidate sourcing through LinkedIn using Boolean search techniques. Approach and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing. Screen CVs based on job criteria and shortlist qualified profiles. Conduct initial phone/online interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit. Prepare shortlisted candidate reports with recommendations. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Follow up regularly until the vacancy is successfully closed. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment or Head Hunting (agency experience is a plus). Strong LinkedIn sourcing and talent mapping expertise. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organization and time-management skills, especially in remote work. Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability. Good proficiency in English (verbal & written). Experience using ATS (preferably Zoho Recruit).
