About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Consumer Operations Head to lead consumer operations and drive business performance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end consumer operations and business performance

Develop and execute strategies to improve revenue, profitability, productivity, and customer experience

Drive operational excellence and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

Monitor business KPIs and translate performance insights into actionable strategies

Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams

Collaborate with commercial, merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams

Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Ensure operational standards, policies, and business objectives are consistently achieved

Identify market opportunities and develop initiatives to support business growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field

10+ years of relevant experience in consumer, retail, FMCG, food, or related industries

Strong experience in operations leadership and business management

Proven track record in managing large teams and driving business growth

Strong commercial acumen with understanding of P&L and key business metrics

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
