Experienced IT Asset Management (ITAM) professional with strong expertise in asset lifecycle management, procurement, compliance, and inventory governance. Proven track record in administering leading ITAM platforms, optimizing asset utilization, and driving process efficiencies through AI-driven insights and automation. Adept at leading teams, managing vendor relationships, and aligning IT asset strategies with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead global IT asset administration and procurement across hardware, software, and service contracts.
- →Administer and optimize ITAM tools such as ServiceNow ITAM, Flexera, Ivanti, and Autotask, ensuring accurate tracking of asset lifecycle, usage, and compliance.
- →Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle processes including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- →Maintain systems of record for software licenses, entitlements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- →Ensure compliance with corporate purchasing policies, audit requirements, and industry standards.
- →Drive sourcing activities including RFIs, RFPs, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.
- →Coordinate logistics for asset delivery, deployment, and disposal.
- →Leverage AI and automation technologies to streamline asset tracking, predictive maintenance, and reporting.
- →Implement automation workflows (e.g., using Power Automate, ServiceNow workflows, or RPA tools) to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ITAM data with CMDB and financial systems.
- →Collaborate with EUT team on identifying the new technology standards and the vendors to improve user experience.
- →Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for ITAM team members.
- ITAM Tools: ServiceNow ITAM, Flexera, Ivanti, Autotask, SCCM, JAMF
- Automation & AI: Power Automate, UiPath (RPA), ServiceNow Flow Designer, AI-based asset analytics and forecasting
- Data & Reporting: Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, dashboards, data modeling
- Asset Management: Lifecycle management, license compliance, contract management, inventory control
- Procurement: Vendor management, contract negotiation, cost optimization

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Skilled in prioritizing workloads, driving accountability, and mentoring team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- TAM certifications (e.g., IAITAM, ITIL) preferred.
- Certifications or experience in AI, Automation, or RPA tools are a plus.
