As Product Analyst – Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, you are responsible for Oracle Fusion L2 functional support across Finance (R2R), Procurement (P2P), and limited H2R touchpoints, ensuring system stability, accurate accounting flows, SLA adherence, and effective collaboration with business and IT teams.
This role focuses on incident triage, root‑cause analysis, configuration validation, data fixes, and functional troubleshooting, working closely with Leads, Technical teams, and Oracle Support.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Provide L2 functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials:
- GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, AP, PO
- Support P2P flows including procurement, invoicing, payments, and approvals.
- Assist in R2R activities such as period close, reconciliation issues, and posting failures.
- Analyze incidents, identify root cause, apply configuration/data fixes, or escalate appropriately.
- Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve tickets within defined SLAs.
- Classify issues correctly (data, setup, integration, user error).
- Provide clear resolution notes, workaround guidance, and closure summaries.
- Validate setups related to COA, subledger accounting, payment rules, tax, and approvals.
- Perform impact analysis for defects, patches, and Oracle quarterly updates.
- Support integration issue analysis (OIC / inbound‑outbound feeds) from a functional standpoint.
- Execute regression and bug‑fix testing during releases.
- Maintain SOPs, KB articles, and support documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.

- Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA) – strong hands‑on support
- Good understanding of P2P and R2R cycles
- Basic exposure to H2R transactions is a plus
- OTBI, BIP
- FBDI / ADFdi uploads
- OIC integrations (functional validation)
- Ability to analyze errors, logs, and accounting failures
- Structured problem‑solving
- Strong ticket documentation and communication
- Ability to operate in a global support model
Requirements
~1 min read- 5-8 years of Oracle Fusion ERP functional experience
- Minimum 2+ years in L2 production support
- Prior experience in Finance or ERP implementation / support roles
- Exposure to quarterly upgrades and regression testing
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Preferred certifications:
- Oracle Cloud Financials Certified
- Oracle Fusion (ERP) certifications
