We’re hiring a Product Manager to own product planning, delivery, and lifecycle management for software products that support Kaseya’s customers and business goals. This role focuses on gathering customer and stakeholder feedback, defining product requirements, partnering with Engineering, and supporting go-to-market execution. You’ll work closely with customers, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and internal stakeholders to deliver product capabilities that solve real customer problems and drive measurable adoption.


Responsibilities

  • Own product features or systems through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through launch, adoption, and retirement
  • Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to define product needs, priorities, and roadmap inputs
  • Create business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements in partnership with Engineering
  • Partner with Engineering, QA, and Design teams to support planning, development, testing, and release execution
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to support go-to-market planning, launch messaging, and customer enablement
  • Communicate product updates, releases, use cases, and benefits to customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Define success metrics for product usage and use performance data to inform roadmap and product decisions
  • Manage customer and stakeholder escalations related to owned product areas

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software product management or product owner experience
  • Experience managing software features or products through discovery, delivery, launch, and post-launch measurement
  • Experience writing product requirements, user stories, or acceptance criteria for engineering teams
  • Experience working with Engineering teams in an Agile development environment
  • Experience using customer feedback, stakeholder input, or product data to inform roadmap decisions

  • Experience working on SaaS, IT management, cybersecurity, or business software products
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, or Customer Success on go-to-market activities
  • Technical background or experience working with software development and web technologies
  • Experience managing customer or stakeholder escalations
  • CSPO, A-CSPO, or similar product certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience presenting product updates or release information to customers, partners, or internal teams
