Kaseya is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Compensation Analyst to support the administration, execution, and continuous improvement of our global sales compensation programs. This role will partner closely with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Sales Leadership to ensure compensation plans are accurately implemented, maintained, and communicated across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and is passionate about delivering accurate and timely compensation support that drives business performance.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Administer and maintain sales participant data within the sales compensation platform, ensuring all hires, terminations, promotions, and employee changes are accurately reflected.
- →Support the implementation, testing, and ongoing administration of incentive compensation plans for eligible sales employees.
- →Manage compensation plans and calculations within the incentive compensation platform, including CaptivateIQ.
- →Validate sales compensation data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and compensation guidelines.
- →Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Sales Leadership to investigate and resolve compensation-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- →Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives related to sales compensation operations.
- →Support compensation reporting, analytics, and plan health-check reviews to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- →Help develop and deliver training and communication materials related to compensation processes, programs, and tools.
- →Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and meeting critical deadlines in a high-growth environment.
- →Ensure compensation processes align with internal controls, audit requirements, and global operational standards.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of professional work experience with at least 1–2 years of experience supporting sales compensation, incentive compensation, sales operations, or related analytical functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
- Experience working with incentive compensation systems and CRM platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to data integrity.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience with CaptivateIQ or similar incentive compensation management platforms.
- Working knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools.
- Experience supporting global sales organizations and compensation processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth organizations preferred.
