We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Development Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning and talent initiatives across our global workforce. This role plays a critical part in building skills, growing succession pipeline, strengthening culture, and enhancing the employee experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will collaborate closely with HR, business leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure programs are scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Design, implement, and manage global learning programs, including New Employee Experience / onboarding, leadership development, technical upskilling, and professional skills training.
- Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into effective learning solutions.
- Manage and optimize learning platforms, ensuring high adoption, quality content, and measurable outcomes.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data, feedback, and performance metrics; continuously refine offerings based on insights.
- Support career development initiatives, including learning pathways, mentoring, and internal mobility.
- Develop and execute talent calibration, talent review and succession planning processes and tools.
- Support HRBPs and our leaders to run processes and use approaches. Document impact and outcomes. Support proper technology configuration and overall automation.
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies that support company culture, values, and business priorities.
- Lead global engagement initiatives such as surveys and action planning and culture-building campaigns.
- Analyze engagement data and trends across; partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to drive targeted, practical improvements.
- Support change management and communications related to learning, talent processes, engagement, and organizational initiatives.
- Work effectively across time zones and cultures, adapting programs to meet local needs while maintaining global consistency.
- Act as a trusted partner to HR Business Partners and leaders on learning, succession and engagement best practices.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in learning & development, talent processes and/or talent development, preferably in an IT or software environment.
- Experience supporting a global, distributed workforce.
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills (virtual and in-person).
- Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Familiarity with learning technologies, digital learning tools, engagement platforms, HRIS (Oracle preferred), and LMS administration (Absorb preferred).
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Culturally aware and adaptable.
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Passion for learning, employee experience, and organizational culture.
