Sports Marketing Sales Specialist (Entry-Level)

We are currently recruiting an entry-level Sports Marketing Sales Specialist. This position offers an excellent training program, a strong base salary and uncapped commission. • →Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services
• →Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc.
• →Manage a sales networking plan and develop new client relationships through targeted social media marketing campaigns
• →Prepare marketing and sales reports and develop new strategies to uncover new market growth
• →Work closely with the marketing team and account managers to deliver the best options
• →Attend trade shows and other sports networking events when necessary to develop new leads

• Relationship building - effectively establish and maintain interpersonal relationships by developing a constructive and cooperative working rapport
• Leadership orientation - comfortable leading a group project or team by taking charge and offering opinions and direction to others at all levels of an organization
• Resilience - able to cope with rejection and persist despite challenges or setbacks
• Communication - express ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization
• Extroverted - outgoing and assertive with a likable personality

• Bachelor’s degree

Salary:

• $45,000-55,000/year + commissions/bonus opportunities
