Commercial HVAC Installer

A commercial retrofit installer job involves upgrading, replacing, or modifying existing commercial building systems (like HVAC, lighting, or other equipment) to improve energy efficiency, performance, and compliance with codes.

• →Remove & install commercial systems and equipment, such as furnaces, air conditioners, chillers, and package units. 
• →Install new equipment including Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, and advanced control systems. 
• →Perform low-voltage control wiring and rough-in work. 
• →A small amount of sheet metal fabrication & installation
• →Ensure that your work complies with federal, state, & local regulations. 
• →Interact with customers as needed, answer questions, & provide clear information about the process.
• →Collaborate with other team members to finish projects and meet customer needs. 

•  1+ years of experience in commercial HVAC. 
• Ability to read & interpret drawings, blueprints, & manufacturer specs. 
• Ability to climb, lift heavy equipment, and work in tight spaces. 
• Strong troubleshooting skills to solve installation issues. 
• EPA Universal
• OSHA 10
