We are looking for an experienced SAP IS‑U Consultant to join our growing SAP Delivery Center team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality SAP solutions for utility sector clients, supporting end‑to‑end implementations, enhancements, integrations, and operational support. You will work as part of multidisciplinary project teams and contribute to complex SAP transformation programs.

• →Lead end-to-end SAP IS-U implementation projects from business requirements gathering through go-live support
• →Configure and customize IS-U modules including Device Management, Meter Reading, Billing, Customer Service, and Collections Management
• →Analyze utility business processes (meter-to-cash, customer-to-meter) and recommend process optimization strategies
• →Design and implement integrations between IS-U and other SAP modules (FI-CA, SD, MM, PM)
• →Collaborate with technical and functional teams (e.g., FICA, CRM, PM, BW, Fiori) to ensure integrated solution delivery
• →Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for business users
• →Provide post‑go‑live support and continuous improvement recommendations
• →Collaborate with technical teams on custom developments and interface requirements
• →Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations and proposal development

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on SAP IS-U implementation and configuration experience
• Deep expertise in core IS-U modules: Device Management, Meter Reading, Billing, Customer Service
• SAP IS-U certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise
• Experience with IS-U integration to FI-CA (Financial Contract Accounting) and other SAP modules
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Utilities and migration strategies from ECC to S/4HANA
• Understanding of utility data management and EDI transactions
• Experience with Cloud ALM or SAP BTP

• 3+ years of utilities industry experience with understanding of regulatory requirements
• Strong knowledge of utility business processes including customer enrollment, meter management, billing cycles, and collections
• Familiarity with utility industry standards (NAESB, IEC, etc.) and regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience with utility rate structures, tariff management, and complex billing scenarios
• Familiarity with SAP Activate or agile delivery methodologies

• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Proven project management experience with ability to manage multiple client engagements
• Leadership skills with experience mentoring junior consultants or client teams
• Fluent English
