PMO with German

• →Lead and coordinate projects in alignment with PMO standards, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget
• →Apply established PMO methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks to maintain consistency across projects
• →Manage project planning activities, including:
  • →Defining scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • →Developing and maintaining project schedules and resource plans
• →Oversee project execution, including risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
• →Prepare and present regular status reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to stakeholders
• →Facilitate project reviews, risk assessments, and lessons-learned sessions
• →Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation processes
• →Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the lifecycle
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives for PMO processes and tools
• →Coordinate PMO communications and contribute to training and knowledge-sharing activities

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, PMO, or similar roles
• Proven experience with Microsoft products - ADO, M365, Ms Project
• Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, applying PMO standards and governance
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
• Interest in digital solutions and willingness to learn new technologies
• Collaborative approach and ability to work in diverse, cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• German language skills are highly desired and considered a plus
