Location: This position is 100 % remote - where we prioritize candidates in Mexico and Colombia!

Responsibilities

Process Inbound and outbound Call Center Phone calls
Create and process Ticket Requests documenting work performed.
Remote Troubleshooting skills utilized to respond to and proactively address issues from customer Building Automation Systems and Facilities.
Provide telephone support and propose troubleshooting for customers using multiple Energy Management System (EMS) interfaces.
Direct on-site third-party personnel supporting the technical troubleshooting process.
Interpret and analyze data from all types of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/AC - Air Conditioning) and lighting systems.
Monitor installations and prepare reports with recommendations for optimizing energy usage, asset efficiency and troubleshooting.

Requirements

Active Student or if you have a bachelor's degree / electrical, mechanical or related engineering is a plus.
Great interpersonal skills and Excellent inclination for learning new systems.
