Responsibilities

→Lead and support assigned crew in daily work activities while reinforcing company policies and work standards.
→Organize daily tasks, assign work, and set the pace for production.
→Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment needs to support daily operations.
→Assist with planning daily work activities based on production goals and site conditions.
→Communicate material and equipment needs to supervision.
→Read and interpret plans and specifications to ensure work is completed correctly.
→Lead by example with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in concrete or heavy civil construction.
Valid Class B CDL (required).
Concrete construction background preferred.
Equipment operator experience required.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and plans.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Self‑motivated, safety‑oriented, and team‑focused.
