About the Role

As an HVAC Branch Manager at Kelso Industries, you will be working in our service division, as an employee of Kelso Building Services. You’ll play a key role in building out our service operations.

Responsibilities

→Lead and support a team of HVAC service technicians
→Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring your team.
→Oversee daily service operations and scheduling
→Assist with P&L, and other financial responsibilities.
→Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
→Assist with project planning, resource allocation, and job costing
→Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
→Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
→Monitor KPIs and help implement process improvements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
10+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience in the commercial and/or industrial sectors
Experience managing projects and leading small teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
A desire to grow into a leadership role and make a long-term impact
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
