  • Lead sponsorship revenue generation across a portfolio of large‑scale B2B events in North America and the UK
  • Own and grow relationships with Tier 1 technology, AI, and emerging tech brands
  • Drive commercial strategy across events, including packaging, pricing, and market positioning
  • Provide coaching, structure, and direction to a team of event sales professionals
  • Identify new growth opportunities across existing and future event portfolios
  • Act as the key commercial partner to internal teams across production, marketing, content, and operations

  • Global career pathways, international travel opportunities, and exposure to senior stakeholders
  • Rewards and recognition programs, including quarterly awards and incentives
  • Travel Orange – work from anywhere in the world for up to 12 weeks of the year

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving end‑to‑end sponsorship sales, from prospecting through to closing and post‑event review
  • Building and managing a portfolio of high‑value strategic accounts across tech and AI sectors
  • Leading and mentoring event sales reps across the NA/UK region through coaching and best‑practice frameworks
  • Overseeing day‑to‑day pipeline health, deal progression, and sales activity using CRM
  • Standardising sales processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and performance across the team
  • Partnering with event, marketing, and content teams to deliver compelling, market‑leading sponsorship propositions
  • Delivering post‑event reporting, sponsor debriefs, and internal performance insights
  • Contributing to quarterly and annual commercial planning and revenue strategy

CRM & Performance Leadership

  • Reviewing CRM performance daily, ensuring pipeline accuracy and strong activity levels across the team
  • Proactively addressing stalled deals, gaps in activity, and pipeline risks
  • Tracking and reporting on key metrics including revenue, pipeline coverage, deal velocity, and renewal rates
  • Driving accountability, discipline, and data‑led decision making across the sales function
