Business Analyst Consultant

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst within the Transformation Office. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful digital transformation initiatives.

• →Guide the change on the chatbot roadmap within the digital channels environment, managing projects from initiation to delivery and ensuring seamless integration into existing digital channels for a world-class customer experience.
• →Gather, challenge, and consolidate the pain points and needs of a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, gaining extensive expertise on the subject at hand.
• →Collaborate closely with relevant experts to support and challenge them in defining the product concept, detailed processes, and/or conceptual and functional architecture.
• →Involve external and/or internal end-users to identify, confirm, and validate needs and pain points, in collaboration with the UX researcher and supporting the (Cluster) Product Owner.
• →Contribute to Opus and Feature slicing, applying the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) concept throughout, and support the (Cluster) Product Owner with backlog prioritization and refinement.
• →Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features for which you are in the lead.
• →Work closely with the (Squad) Product Owner and development team during the refinement of Features to ensure all necessary information is consistently available.
• →Provide support during business and user testing and assist with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable.
• →Support the Change Manager and the Go-To-Market Manager in preparing change and go-to-market activities.
• →Actively monitor the success of new solutions based on KPIs and derive potential improvements to be added to the Cluster or Squad backlog.

• Master’s degree with relevant experience in similar projects.
• Certification in Project Management Methodology or Business Analysis Methodology is required.
• 6+ years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably within a digital channels environment.
• Proven experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, especially in a financial institutions environment.
• Proven experience with chatbot/AI implementation from a functional perspective.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Authentic and proactive attitude with a “Yes we will” mindset.

• Strong written and spoken English is required, as it is the corporate language.
• French and Dutch communication skills are considered a plus.

• The office is located in Brussels.
