Data Visualisation Specialist

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Data Visualisation Specialist. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will join the OPC Control and Reporting Factory within the Operational and Permanent Control domain of our client. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business reporting for OPC, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. All responsibilities are carried out under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model, offering you the opportunity to work on-site and be part of a dynamic team.

• →Understand and identify, together with stakeholders, their visualization and reporting needs.
• →Capture requirements and translate them into prototypes and full dashboards.
• →Collect and assemble data to support prototyping of visualizations with customers.
• →Develop, update, optimize, publish, and decommission dashboards/reports, respecting data and reporting governance guidelines.
• →Strive for optimal solutions in the development and automation of reports and dashboards.
• →Collaborate with Data Engineers to create sustainable data solutions and evolve existing ones in line with new needs, promoting reuse and consistency.
• →Set up, advocate, and implement reporting and visualization best practices according to defined guidelines and standards.
• →Act as a guardian and ambassador of governance processes.
• →Document and train users on how to maximize the use of different tools.
• →Work on various OPC optimization projects using new technologies for data.
• →Deliver periodic OPC reporting based on new developments.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in data visualization or a related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
• Ability to prepare data for visualization and build clear stories to support decision making.
• Expertise in designing dashboards and visualizing data.
• Knowledge of data concepts such as DataWarehouses, DataMarts, data extraction, and preparation processes.
• Understanding of governance and security rules when handling data.
• Familiarity with data strategy.
• Advanced skills in data reporting and visualization tools (MS Office - Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of SAS (preferable).
• Knowledge of Python (preferable).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and synthesize messages.
• Ability to negotiate and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Experience in banking or financial services (preferable).
• Knowledge of data governance and GDPR compliance (preferable).
