Senior Project Lead IT

We are seeking a team to successfully execute a migration project for several essential information tools that support the business processes of the Compensation Service, aimed at modernization and improving service continuity. This position is a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions.

You will be responsible for leading the project from identifying needs to implementing the solution. You will be involved at the outset of the project in describing the current and future state of the business process. You will facilitate workshops, organize, and manage necessary meetings to gather information and draft deliverables required for project definition, adhering to the standards and methodology in place at the client. In this mission, you will guide the definition of future processes based on the chosen technology. You will structure the work of the development team and communicate in a structured manner with project stakeholders.

• →Organize product delivery while respecting the defined needs, quality, deadlines, and budget. You will draft necessary deliverables to clarify these objectives for all project stakeholders, following the methodology established at the client.
• →Ensure the monitoring of these objectives.
• →Organize meetings and workshops necessary to understand and map business processes as desired by the client.
• →Be responsible for communication within the project. Ensure that stakeholders are kept informed in a timely manner of developments and/or any issues encountered.
• →Propose solutions and be able to explain their impacts.
• →Draft documents necessary for process definition so that they can be directly used by the project team for solution implementation.
• →Throughout the project, ensure that the implemented solution corresponds to the solution described in agreement with the Business.
• →Ensure that the solutions you propose are integrable into the environment and operational methods of the client.

• Conceptualization: Translate abstract reasoning and general concepts into practical solutions.
• Information Analysis: Analyze data in a targeted manner and critically assess information.
• Cross-Functional Understanding: Have a view beyond the boundaries of various departments/directorates and evaluate the impact of decisions on other areas of the organization.
• Advisory: Provide advice to your contacts and develop a trusting relationship with them based on your expertise.
