PacArctic LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Site Security Manager to support critical security operations at a government facility at U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys, Republic of Korea. This leadership position will work closely with the Facility Manager and Facility Security Officer to oversee and coordinate security operations, personnel, and contract requirements. The ideal candidate will possess extensive military and/or civilian security experience with proven leadership capabilities and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced security environment. This position generally will work during primary business hours, Monday through Friday, but may require 24-hour on-call availability depending on operational requirements. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.      This position is covered under the Service Contract Act. We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K with company matching, paid holidays, paid Vacation, paid sick leave and more.   Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: The Site Security Manager will serve as a key leadership position supporting the overall management, supervision, and coordination of security operations and contract requirements. This role acts as a central Government point of contact and exercises command and control authority over contractor security personnel. Principal responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Oversee the execution of all security-related tasks and contract requirements Support the Facility Manager and Facility Security Officer in day-to-day security operations Exercise decision-making authority over contract performance and security operations Maintain command and control authority over contractor personnel performing security guard duties Coordinate and supervise security specialists performing access control, monitoring, and inspection duties Ensure compliance with all security protocols and procedures for protected areas Respond to security incidents and emergencies as they arise Provide oversight of Electronic Security Systems (ESS) operations and monitoring Manage personnel scheduling and ensure adequate coverage of all security posts Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance to security personnel Serve as on-call manager for 24-hour security operations as required Coordinate with government stakeholders on security matters Ensure all security documentation and reporting requirements are met Support training and professional development of security team members   Education and Experience: Required: High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution Minimum of five (5) years of experience in military and/or civilian security guard operations and management Demonstrated experience in supervisory or leadership roles within security operations   Clearance Requirement: Secret Security Clearance     Desired: Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field Military security operations experience Experience working in government facility security environments   Required Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and personnel management capabilities with proven ability to exercise command and control authority Excellent decision-making skills with ability to make critical judgments regarding security operations and contract performance Comprehensive knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices Experience with Electronic Security Systems (ESS) operations and monitoring Ability to work flexible hours and be available on-call 24 hours as operational needs require Strong communication skills with ability to interface effectively with government officials, facility management, and security personnel Proficiency in coordinating multiple security operations and personnel simultaneously Knowledge of access control procedures and protected area security requirements Ability to respond effectively to security incidents and emergency situations Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency with security-related documentation and reporting requirements Ability to train, mentor, and develop security team members Physical ability to perform security duties including walking, standing for extended periods, and responding to emergencies   Desired Skills and Competencies: Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean For ESL speakers: TOEIC Listening and Reading score of 275 or greater and TOEIC Speaking and Writing Score of 120 (overall B1 level) For Korean as second language: TOPIK Level 3 or higher Experience with Personnel Security Investigation (PSI) programs Knowledge of Department of Defense security regulations and requirements Familiarity with Physical Security Standards and regulations Experience with security badge and credential management systems Knowledge of CCTV and alarm system operations Experience in government contracting environments Professional security certifications (CPP, PSP, or similar)   Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy The company is an equal opportunity employer.
