Guest Billing Coordinator

Position Summary: This position reports to the Accounts Receivable Manager and assists the Accounts Receivable Supervisor daily.  The Guest & Member Billing position plays a vital role in supporting the A/R team and providing exceptional service to guest and members.  Pay Rate: The rate of pay listed on job boards are auto-generated numbers. Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s actual rate of pay for this position starts at $21.00 per hour. Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication with an emphasis on accuracy and clarity. Agilysys / Versa experience preferred. Comfortable in adapting to evolving procedures, processes, and systems. High School Diploma and would prefer accounting experience. Customer service, phone skills and email proficiency   Expectations & Responsibilities: Answer daily incoming guest and member billing questions using Versa and other internal systems to resolve inquires independently and expeditiously.  Perform routine tasks with minimal supervision and assist with sorting and organizing outlet revenue tickets daily. Assist A/R Supervisor and Manager on projects and other clerical and billing duties as assigned.  Support the A/R Team when needed with organizing tickets and compiling large invoice packages to allow for swift invoicing of groups. Assist with Governors Club member billing including: mailing monthly statements, reviewing and adjusting billing disputes, posting check payments and processing monthly credit card payments. Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism to guests and resort employees. Follow and support Resort Vision, Mission Statement and Core Values. All other duties, as assigned   Essential Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 pounds across short-medium distance.
