The successful candidate should possess a solid foundation in electronics, excellent cross-departmental communication and problem-solving skills, and collaborate closely with the Global Engineering Teams to ensure efficient project execution and continuous improvement in product quality. Key Responsibilities 项目全流程跟进：负责跟进研发新项目从设计阶段到生产阶段的各项工作，完成相关技术规范、设计文件及工程文件的生成、审核与发放。 生产技术支持：为生产、测试、质量等相关部门提供及时有效的技术支持，快速诊断并解决生产过程中出现的各类技术问题，保障生产顺利进行。 产品设计与优化：主导或参与产品设计的持续改善项目，通过电路、Layout或工艺优化，提升产品品质、可靠性及生产效率。 元器件管理：负责新零件及替代零件的技术评估、选型和认证，完成相关的测试计划制定、测试执行并输出完整的测试验证报告。 全球化技术协作：作为主要技术接口之一，与全球工程团队进行日常技术沟通、设计讨论和问题协调，确保技术方案的一致性与可制造性。   End-to-End Project Support: Follow up on all aspects of R&D new projects from the design phase to the production phase. Generate, review, and release relevant technical specifications, design documents, and engineering documents. Production Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to production, testing, quality, and other related departments. Rapidly diagnose and resolve various technical issues during production to ensure smooth operations. Product Design & Optimization: Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects for product design. Enhance product quality, reliability, and production efficiency through circuit, layout, or process optimization. Component Management: Be responsible for the technical evaluation, selection, and qualification of new and alternative components. Develop test plans, execute testing, and deliver comprehensive test verification reports. Global Technical Collaboration: Act as a key technical liaison for daily technical communication, design discussions, and issue coordination with the Global Engineering Teams, ensuring consistency and manufacturability of technical solutions. Basic Qualifications 教育背景 (Education Background) 全日制大学本科或以上学历，电子工程相关专业毕业。 Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering or a related field. 工作经验 (Working Experience) 3年以上消费类电子产品（如智能硬件、小家电、音频设备等）的硬件开发、测试或新产品导入（NPI）相关经验，熟悉新产品开发全流程。 1年以上电子工程师或同等岗位职责的工作经验，具备独立负责项目模块或处理复杂技术问题的能力。 Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware development, testing, or New Product Introduction (NPI) for consumer electronics (e.g., smart devices, small appliances, audio equipment). Familiar with the full new product development process. Minimum 1 year of experience in an Electronic Engineer role or equivalent, with the ability to independently own project modules or handle complex technical issues. 核心能力与技能 (Critical Skills & Competencies) 技术知识：具有扎实的电子电路理论基础和丰富的实践经验，熟悉模拟/数字电路、电源管理、EMC等知识。 沟通协调：具有较强的表达能力、沟通技巧及跨部门协调能力，善于倾听与理解多方需求。能够用英语进行流畅的书面技术交流，口语沟通能力佳者优先。 软件应用：熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件进行数据分析、报告编制与演示。掌握常用EDA设计工具（如Altium Designer、Cadence等）者优先。 职业素养：态度积极，严谨踏实，责任心与执行力强。具备良好的客户服务意识、团队合作精神及抗压能力。 Technical Knowledge: Solid theoretical foundation and practical experience in electronic circuits. Familiar with analog/digital circuits, power management, EMC, etc. Communication & Coordination: Strong presentation, communication, and cross-departmental coordination skills. Good listener who can understand diverse needs. Proficient in written technical communication in English. Strong verbal English skills are a plus. Software Proficiency: Proficient in using office software such as Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, report writing, and presentations. Experience with EDA tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence) is a plus. Professional Attributes: Positive, meticulous, responsible, and strong execution capability. Excellent customer service orientation, teamwork spirit, and ability to work under pressure. 语言能力 (Language Abilities) 英语四级（CET-4）或以上水平，具备良好的英文技术文档读写能力，口语流利者优先。 CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency required, with strong reading and writing skills for technical documentation. Fluency in spoken English is preferred.
