What You'll Do 🚀

  • Develop new proposals for rich media formats and improving the current formats through the analysis of results and feedback from previous formats.
  • Design static and animated graphics for social media, as well as presentations and infographics for internal and external communication purposes within the company.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization in the processes and results of the team through the search for new strategies and/or tools that can favor our performance.
  • Conducting analyses that contribute to strategic decision-making regarding the development and improvement of interactive formats, monthly format volumes, and comparisons with previous years.
  • Development of Design Strategies: Collaborate closely with the team to device creative strategies aligned with the specific objectives of clients or projects by area. Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to address the company's challenges.
  • Mentoring and Team Development: Guide, support and train new team members, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment. Establish innovation meetings to share ideas that benefit everyone.
  • Brand Management and Creation of Unified Systems: Stay updated on emerging trends in graphic design and incorporate them into new proposals to enhance the visual and communicative image of the company. Ensure visual coherence of the brand across all channels and materials.
  • Time and Resource Management: Efficiently manage time and resources to meet established delivery deadline
  • AI Tools for Image and Video Generation: Use and manage generative artificial intelligence tools for image and video creation, integrating them into the team's creative workflow to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and asset production, while ensuring outputs remain consistent with the brand and aligned with project objectives.
  • Creating quality and functional designs for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborating with the development team to ensure that the design integrates properly into the project's development.
  • Ensuring that designs are consistent with the brand and project objectives.
  • Conducting usability tests and adjusting the design as necessary.
  • Staying updated on web design trends and new technologies relevant to the position.
  • Working with other departments to coordinate the production of multimedia content.
What It Takes To Succeed 👊

  • Degree or current student in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or Image and Sound Design.

  • Experience as a Designer, preferably oriented toward Digital and Multimedia, with a background in a studio, agency, or internship environment.

  • Outstanding execution in all the production processes that the design area requires.

  • Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Suite on a daily basis.

  • Professional proficiency in English
