Ready to hire immediately for the right person.

Are you high-energy, naturally outgoing, organized, and motivated by sales goals? Do you love a fast-paced environment where there is always something to do?

KidStrong Wilmington is looking for a Sales & Member Experience Specialist who can confidently connect with families, convert leads into memberships, stay on top of follow-up and administrative tasks, and help keep a busy center running at a high level.

This is not a traditional front desk or receptionist role. We need someone who is just as comfortable picking up the phone and calling a prospective family as they are greeting members, working through a task list, learning new software, helping with center operations, and confidently asking a family to join KidStrong.

The right person is high-energy, sales-minded, extremely comfortable talking to people, quick with technology, organized, and self-motivated. You should be someone who loves being proactive.

Previous experience in boutique fitness or a membership-based business is highly valued.

Benefits

  • Hourly base pay starting at min $15.00+/hour

  • Membership sales commissions and bonus opportunities in addition to hourly pay.

  • Employee discounts

  • Free uniforms

  • Paid training and ongoing development

  • Opportunity for advancement

  • Positive, supportive team culture

This job is probably NOT for you if...

  •  You are primarily looking for a receptionist or traditional front desk position.

  •  You prefer waiting for customers to approach you rather than proactively reaching out.

  • Making outbound sales calls or following up repeatedly with leads makes you uncomfortable.

  •  You don't enjoy working toward sales and performance goals.

  •  You need someone to continuously tell you what to work on next.

  •  You struggle to keep track of multiple tasks, conversations, texts, calls, and follow-ups at once.

  •  You prefer a slower-paced environment.

  •  Learning several technology platforms at once sounds overwhelming.

  •  You don't genuinely enjoy being around kids and families.

This job IS for you if...

  •  You're naturally high-energy and outgoing.

  •  You actually enjoy sales and get satisfaction from closing.

  •  You're competitive and motivated by goals, commissions, and bonuses.

  •  You have no problem picking up the phone and calling someone you've never met.

  •  You're great at building rapport quickly.

  •  You are task-oriented and love checking things off a list.

  •  You can bounce between a phone call, a family walking in, a text conversation, a computer task, and helping the team without getting flustered.

  •  You're tech-savvy and learn new systems quickly.

  •  You notice what needs to be done and take initiative.

  •  You love kids, but you also understand that this is a sales and operations position.
