reziō is a leading SaaS solution in tourism. From our Kuala Lumpur regional hub, you’ll drive B2B sales across Southeast Asia and help merchants grow through digital ticketing and distribution.

Key Responsibilities
- Hunt and acquire new B2B merchants across Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines through digital prospecting, calls and online meetings
- Make high-volume outbound contact daily (calls/messages) to build a strong pipeline and hit sales targets
- Conduct online demos and solution presentations to showcase rezio’s SaaS capabilities and close deals
- Manage the full sales funnel remotely – from initial outreach and needs discovery to proposal, negotiation and closing
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date activities and pipeline records in CRM to give HQ clear visibility of regional growth
- Work closely with internal teams (customer success, marketing, product) to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term merchant success
Requirements
- At least 1 year of B2B sales or business development experience (SaaS, E-commerce or Digital Agency background is an advantage)
- Strong communication skills and confidence in English; ability to speak Chinese is a plus for regional clients
- Comfortable with outbound calling, high activity levels and working towards ambitious targets
- Digital-savvy and confident presenting online (e.g. video calls, webinars, virtual demos)
- Resilient, self-motivated and “hunter” mindset – you enjoy building new relationships and don’t give up easily
- Proficient in using CRM and digital communication tools
Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior track.
Compensation & Incentives
- RM3,800 fixed base salary
- Aggressive commission structure – up to 28% based on performance
- Newcomer milestone bonuses within first 6 months (up to RM2,500, based on agreed KPIs)
