Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the project management office.
Lead lessons learned sessions at the conclusion of projects to capture key insights and best practices for future initiatives.
Contribute to the development and refinement of project management methodologies, tools, and templates.
5-7 years of customer-facing PM experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Strong expertise in leading and managing large-scale technical projects with cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams in a shared resource structure
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
PMP certification preferred but not required
Experience managing projects at a software development company
Expertise in project management using various methodologies (ex. Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban)
Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Experience with systems integration
Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure
Experience managing the project life cycle with tools like; Jira, Workfront, Microsoft Project
Experience with planning and resourcing projects in a Project and Portfolio Management Solution
The ability to prioritize (and reprioritize) tasks across many concurrent efforts
Attention to detail – ability to capture those tasks that everyone assumes will be completed, that might otherwise slip through the cracks
Unafraid to make mistakes, learn from them, and avoid making them again
