The Sr. Manager, Org Enablement & Communication is a strategic leader reporting to the AVP, Marketing. This role is the architect of organizational change and cultural adoption across Kobie. You will identify and shepherd major organizational initiatives, from strategic pivots and new capabilities to global expansion, ensuring they're embedded into how we work, communicated with clarity, and realized with intention. Working closely with ELT and cross-functional leaders, you'll move beyond communications to true change enablement, helping teams adopt new ways of working, embedding new capabilities into our culture, and ensuring Kobie evolves intentionally, not by accident. You'll assess what's currently in place, identify gaps and opportunities, and establish the enablement and communications infrastructure that positions Kobie for intentional growth.
