We’re looking for an analytically sharp Student Assistant to join our Risk Management function, working directly with our Chief Risk Officer (CRO). Responsibilities

The role is project-driven, and no two weeks will look the same. That said, you’ll primarily work across these areas:

  • →Supporting the CRO: Helping to carry out risk reviews, checking how well the bank identifies and handles its risks. You will also help keep our overview of the bank’s key risks up to date, along with our model inventory – the list of models the bank uses and how each one is controlled.
  • →Ad-hoc financial analysis and risk reporting: Collecting and analysing data, researching specific questions and helping to assess risks. For example, you might look at how our risk models are set up and whether they work as intended.
  • →Reports and dashboards for management and the Board: Helping to turn your analysis into clear reports and dashboards. Examples include the monthly risk appetite report, which shows whether the bank stays within the limits for how much risk it’s willing to take, the annual CRO report, and the dashboards presented to the Board of Directors.

And don’t worry. You’ll have experienced colleagues backing you, helping you find your way in both risk management and banking.

Ideally, you:

  • Are currently enrolled as a 3rd-year Bachelor’s or 1st-year Master’s student in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Have strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in the modern FinTech ecosystemAre already familiar with or want to learn and apply advanced GenAI tools to optimise analytical workflows, automate data synthesis, and assist in complex financial research.
  • Communicate fluently in English. Spoken Danish is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
