Industrial Engineer

We are now looking for an

to join our Manufacturing Solutions team in Hyvinkää.

• →Analyze and develop manufacturing processes to drive and follow up manufacturing targets (Safety, Delivery, Quality, Productivity, Cost) and actions on unit level.
• →Design FLOW standards by using LEAN methodology, define production methods, technology, factory layout, line level layout, material replenishment and material utilization.
• →Conduct studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations workflow and recommends methods and technology for optimal performance.  
• →Drive digitalization in shop floor and factory processes.
• →Execute Manufacturing development and CAPEX projects in line with global manufacturing strategy and project development portfolio.
• →Support Daily Management in the factory, evaluate data, identify technical issues, drive problem solving by preparing reports and analyzing production data.

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar engineering field.
• +5 years of previous experience as a manufacturing/development engineer or similar position.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and LEAN manufacturing
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques.
• Ability to execute projects on time and on budget.
• Strong project management skills are required to succeed in this role.
• Can-do attitude and solid people communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to do problem solving, and co-creation with partners. 
• Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations
• Software skills like: CAD, Power BI and Visual Components are an asset.
