The role involves improving portfolio quality, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and handling early delinquency cases. The ideal candidate should have a passion for collections, strong customer handling skills, and experience in vehicle finance recovery. Ensure quality portfolio management and improve recovery performance in assigned areas. Handle collections individually or as part of a team, focusing on early delinquency cases. Adhere to MOPP norms, bank processes, and audit requirements. Convince customers to settle dues as per bank terms and conditions. Maintain compliance and documentation standards during recovery operations.
