Job Title: Disbursement Coordinator

Reporting To: Sales / Operations Manager

Role Purpose

The Disbursement Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of loan disbursements, coordinating between sales, credit, operations, and customers to facilitate smooth funding. The role requires maintaining high service standards, adherence to compliance guidelines, and effective stakeholder management to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process loan disbursements for approved consumer finance cases within defined timelines.
• Verify disbursement-related documents and ensure completeness prior to funding.
• Liaise with Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk, and external stakeholders for seamless execution of disbursement activities.
• Track approved cases and ensure prompt follow-up for pending documentation and disbursal requirements.
• Maintain accuracy of customer data and disbursement records in internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.
• Resolve customer and business queries related to loan disbursement status and documentation.
• Monitor turnaround times (TAT) and escalate exceptions or delays to the concerned teams.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to disbursement performance.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Post-graduation/MBA preferred.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in loan operations, disbursement management, banking operations, or consumer finance.
• Experience in Retail Assets, Consumer Loans, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, or LAP disbursement processes will be preferred.
