Responsibilities

- →Acquire customers through branches, DSAs, builders, and direct sourcing channels.
- →Achieve sales, cross-sell, and insurance targets.
- →Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- →Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- →Ensure timely documentation, application login, and customer service.
- →Drive cross-sell opportunities for CASA and other banking products.
- →Adhere to all compliance and business process guidelines.
- Graduate with 1-5 years of experience in HL, LAP, Mortgage, BFSI, or Banking Sales.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of secured lending products preferred.
