Sr. Sales Executive - Tractor and Crop Finance_Tractors and Farm Equipments (TFE)-Retail Sales_Gujarat

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the vehicle finance segment, focusing on Commercial Vehicles (CV), Construction Equipment (CE), and Multi-Utility Vehicles (MUVs). The role involves managing a team of Direct Sales Team (DST) members, building strong relationships with channel partners, and ensuring smooth loan processing and collections. Lead and guide a team of 5–7 DSTs to achieve sales targets and ensure productivity. Engage with manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets for business sourcing. Establish and manage tie-ups with channel partners and associates for sales programs. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan disbursement. Monitor early delinquency cases and manage post-disbursement documents (PDDs). Work on existing customer data to generate repeat business and referrals. Foster strong customer relationships and maintain high service standards.
