The Corporate Paralegal will coordinate with external counsel, maintain accurate corporate records, and support the creation and ongoing management of legal entities worldwide.

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Delegations of Authority (DoAs) across entities, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with internal policies.
  • Act as a key point of contact with external legal advisors and corporate service providers across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate requests, follow-ups and documentation to ensure timely completion of corporate filings and updates.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of corporate information to internal stakeholders.

  • Support the incorporation of new entities globally.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on entity setup, structuring and documentation.
  • Assist with post-incorporation requirements, if needed (registrations, corporate documentation, etc.).
  • Maintain and own the corporate entity management tool (Klea), ensuring all entity data is accurate, up to date and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the completion of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), with a focus on corporate structure, governance, and entity-related information.
  • Maintain internal trackers to monitor entity status, governance actions and documentation.
  • Act as a reliable source of truth for corporate data used in customer, partner and regulatory requests.
  • Support internal audits and due diligence processes by preparing and providing corporate documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and reliability of corporate governance and entity management processes.
  • Contribute to the standardisation of templates, trackers, and workflows across jurisdictions.
  • Support the optimisation of tools and systems used for entity management and documentation.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a corporate paralegal or in a similar role, in an international environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple entities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience with corporate governance and entity management across European jurisdictions; exposure to other regions is a plus.
  • Experience supporting DDQs or similar due diligence processes, particularly on corporate/legal information.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience supporting international entity incorporations outside of Europe (e.g., US, LATAM, APAC).
  • Familiarity with corporate/entity management tools (experience with Klea is a strong plus).
  • Exposure to due diligence processes in a commercial or SaaS environment.
