Role:
KSL is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to support fundraising and investor engagement across the Americas and APAC.
This role sits within the Strategy & Capital Formation team and is integral to the execution of capital raising efforts, spanning investor coordination, pipeline management, and roadshow execution. The position goes beyond traditional administrative support, requiring strong judgment, ownership, and an understanding of investor processes and fundraising dynamics.
The successful candidate will partner closely with regional capital formation leads to drive efficient execution, enhance investor coverage, and support overall fundraising outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Fundraising Execution & Coordination
- Manage complex calendars for regional capital formation leads, aligning schedules with fundraising priorities across the Americas and APAC
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and travel logistics across regions, optimizing sequencing, coverage, and time in-market
- Partner with regional leads to align investor pipeline, targeting, and meeting strategy; ensure clear follow-ups and next steps
- Identify opportunities to enhance investor coverage and meeting efficiency based on pipeline dynamics
Travel & Roadshow Management
- Plan and execute multi-city roadshows, including itineraries, travel logistics, and materials
- Maximize efficiency and ROI through effective investor targeting, meeting density, and coordination
- Ability to troubleshoot travel issues in real time
CRM & Investor / Pipeline Management
- Maintain CRM accuracy and track investor interactions, pipeline activity, and follow-ups
- Provide visibility into fundraising progress, including meetings and updating IOIs
- Support investor coverage planning, targeting, and ongoing relationship management
- Prepare and coordinate investor communications, meeting materials, and follow-ups
Events & Marketing Support
- Partner with Marketing to plan and execute investor events and conferences
- Assist with crafting the attendee lists, support post-event follow-ups and track engagement and outcomes to inform future events
Process & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate responses to investor requests (materials, DDQs, data) across internal teams
- Act as a key coordination point across Strategy & Capital Formation, investment teams, and leadership
Administrative & Ad Hoc Support
- Manage expenses and administrative tasks (e.g., Concur, reimbursements)
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects and support broader team initiatives
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience within investor relations, client solutions, sales support, or a similar role in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Commercial mindset and good understanding of fundraising processes, CRM systems, and pipeline management
- Demonstrated interest in investor relations, capital raising, and private markets
- Confidence interacting with external stakeholders and supporting investor-facing activities
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with senior stakeholders and investors
- High degree of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when necessary to accommodate travel and events
