Help us optimize and scale our HR systems. As a Senior HRIS Analyst (UKG Pro), you’ll play a key role in supporting reporting, system configuration, and data management initiatives within UKG Pro. We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on UKG Pro experience who understands the platform’s reporting structure, workflows, and configuration capabilities—particularly within a post-migration environment.

The company recently migrated to UKG Pro, so this role is ideal for someone who can help maximize system functionality, improve reporting processes, and support continued optimization of the platform.

• →UKG Pro reporting & analytics: Build, maintain, and troubleshoot complex reports within UKG Pro; analyze reporting requirements and deliver accurate, actionable data to HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders.
   
• →System configuration & optimization: Support UKG Pro configurations, workflows, and ongoing system maintenance; troubleshoot issues and recommend enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience following the migration.
   
• →Data integrity & compliance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HRIS data and reporting outputs; validate system updates, maintain reporting standards, and support audit and compliance requirements.
   
• →Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and leadership teams to gather business requirements, improve reporting capabilities, and support day-to-day HRIS operations.
   
• →Process improvement & documentation: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve reporting efficiency, and optimize UKG Pro usage; document system processes, configurations, and reporting logic to support scalability and operational consistency.

• 3–5+ years of HRIS or related systems experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro.

• Experience creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting reports within UKG Pro.

• Strong understanding of UKG Pro data structures, workflows, configuration, and reporting architecture.

• Experience supporting HRIS implementations, migrations, or post-implementation optimization initiatives is highly preferred.

• Ability to identify system gaps and recommend process or configuration improvements.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced Excel/spreadsheet and reporting skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment supporting U.S. operations.
