What You’ll Do:

Guiding Classroom Operations: Support the Lead Teacher in shaping the overall learning experience for all classrooms.
Building Meaningful Connections: Forge strong relationships with both children and their families.
Fostering a Positive Environment: Create a consistently positive, clean, and nurturing space for the children under your care.

What You Bring to the Table:

Age: Be a minimum of 18 years old.
Certification & Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Completed and active DCF 45 Hours.
Experience: 1 year in a licensed childcare setting.
Training Requirements:
- Possess CPR and First Aid certification.
- Pass a Background Check.
Shift: Ability to work part time from 12:00pm-6:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday.
