Full-time Administrator: Nursing Program Director

Lakeland Community College is seeking a full-time, 12-month nursing program administrator. Working under the direction of the Dean for Health Technologies, the Nursing Program Director is primarily responsible for the continual development, and administration of the associate nursing program and RN-BSN program, which includes ensuring the mission/philosophy and outcomes of the nursing education department are congruent with those of the governing organizations, as well as providing input to and administering the program budget with faculty input.
Requirements

- A master’s degree with a major in nursing, an earned doctorate is preferred.
- Experience of at least five (5) years in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse, two of which have been as a faculty member in a registered nursing education program.
- Current, valid licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Ohio.
- Teaching experience at a community college is preferred.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →This is a full-time, 12-month, continuing, exempt position. The annual salary is within the pay grade 7 range of the administrative and supervisory/professional salary schedule with an anticipated hiring range of $86,038 - $105,000. The position’s starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

- →College business hours are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. This position may include occasional evening and weekend hours related to the nursing program and college events.
