Strategic Planning : Has digital and traditional channels oversight to develop integrated marketing campaigns that effectively utilize channels (web, social, traditional), knowing when and how to use these channels to deliver business results

Campaign Management: Lead the Content and Creatives teams to produce comprehensive and integrated marketing materials that execute the campaign message and objectives

Message Consistency: Ensure all marketing content - internal and external - follows a unified voice, style guide, and brand persona.

Performance Tracking: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of campaigns

Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with managers and cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with business objectives. Ensures that all department/unit processes are properly documented and up-to-date

Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential.

Tools & Technology: Has experience in running campaigns in several digital platforms

Project Management: Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and vendors.

A relevant degree in Marketing Management, Advertising or Business Management

Minimum 8 years in Marketing Communications, Campaign Planning or Integrated Marketing roles.

Minimum 3 years hands on experience of Supervisor or Assistant Manager role

Experienced managing a team

Can work onsite in 4F, Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
