在這個角色中，你將從司機夥伴的使用行為與營運數據中找出問題與成長機會，透過活動執行、成效追蹤與跨部門合作，優化司機夥伴的整體營運體驗，成為推動平台成長的重要角色。

  • 規劃並執行司機留存與新司機活躍活動，透過獎勵機制提升司機完成首單與持續接單意願。
  •  執行司機推薦計畫，透過既有司機夥伴提升新司機招募與社群活躍度。
  •  每日追蹤司機供給、回應率與活躍狀況，分析營運數據並提出優化建議，維持穩定運能。
  •  分析各項活動與獎勵方案成效，觀察市場趨勢與競業策略，持續發掘新的成長機會。
  •  協助規劃與執行司機福利合作專案，提升司機夥伴對平台的黏著度與忠誠度。
  •  與內部團隊密切合作，確保活動與獎勵方案資訊同步並順利推動執行。
  •  協助處理司機夥伴日常問題，包含現場協助、文件確認與相關營運支援事項。
  •  視需求協助參與政府相關會議與對外溝通事項。
  •  良好的溝通與協作能力：能與不同團隊有效合作，並清楚傳遞活動與營運資訊。
  • 積極與韌性：面對變化與挑戰時仍能保持正向態度，持續推進與優化工作。
  • 成長型思維：樂於學習新事物，願意接受多元挑戰並持續累積營運經驗。
  • 主動且具執行力：能獨立管理多項任務，適應快速變化的工作環境並有效推進執行。
  • 月薪 30,000 - 40,000 元 (依能力核定薪資) 。
