Callout assigned driver leads to assist and follow-up in accomplishing their application from start to end

Upsell and highlight the benefits of joining Lalamove as a partner-driver to ensure that the target is consistently met

Responsible for validating driver applications to determine approval or rejection based on documented processes.

Perform ad hoc tasks as necessary to meet targets and/or complete assigned responsibilities

Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established processes and guidelines

Basic analytical and problem-solving skills

Comfortable using laptops and desktop computers for daily work tasks

Willing to work on-site (PITX)

Prior experience in a BPO, telemarketing, or similar customer-facing role is an advantage
