你將成為員工與公司之間的重要橋樑，負責員工日常人資相關作業與體驗管理，透過人資行政、員工關係經營及跨部門合作，打造良好的員工體驗與工作環境。

同時你也將參與員工活動規劃、福利制度執行及辦公室管理相關工作，透過流程優化與專案執行，協助提升組織運作效率，支持公司持續成長。

負責員工到職、離職及人事異動相關作業，維護人資系統資料正確性與完整性。

規劃及執行員工關係與員工體驗相關活動，包含員工福利、公司活動及團隊凝聚專案。

協助員工保險及其他人資行政作業，確保各項流程順利執行。

擔任員工日常人資與行政相關問題的第一窗口，提供即時且友善的協助。

負責辦公室行政管理，包含櫃台接待、信件收發、辦公用品採購及設備管理等事務。

與外部廠商、房東及管委會維持良好合作關係，確保辦公室運作順暢。

參與人資制度、組織流程優化及其他 People Operations 相關專案規劃與執行。

良好的溝通能力：能與不同部門及同仁建立良好合作關係，並有效協調與解決問題。

主動與執行力：面對多元任務與快速變動的環境，能主動推進工作並確保落地執行。

細心與責任感：重視細節，能妥善管理資料、流程與行政作業品質。

適應力與抗壓性：能在快速成長且變動頻繁的環境中保持穩定表現。

問題解決能力：能主動發現問題、提出建議並協助推動改善。

月薪 32,000 - 40,000 元 (依能力核定薪資) 。
