We’re expanding! Following a recent contract win, Lanes Group is recruiting Van Pack Team Leaders across North & Central Wales . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team delivering industry‑leading drainage solutions while supporting one of our most exciting clients and contributing to AMP8 objectives.

About the Role

Salary: £13 - £14 per hour depending on experience

Working hours: 07:30 - 17:00 + on call duties

Location: Kimnel Bay

As a Van Pack Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our operational delivery, supporting the maintenance and repair of wastewater networks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Customer Interaction

• Attending customer locations and communicating planned works
• Answering questions and providing reassurance on site

Drainage Operations

• Inspecting drainage systems to identify blockages, leaks or structural issues
• Operating high‑pressure water jetting equipment to clear and clean drainage systems
• Adjusting pressure levels based on blockage type (e.g., grease, debris, roots)
• Assisting with CCTV surveys when required
• Reporting all findings/data accurately back to operational teams

Data & Safety

• Completing digital data entry using a laptop or tablet
• Reporting safety issues in line with company procedures
• Performing routine checks and maintenance of jetting equipment

This role involves outdoor work, problem-solving, and teamwork — perfect for someone who enjoys varied days and working in the field.

Experience & Qualifications
